JackCabbage, you can setup channels… then place the ads under channels and then your reports will say xxxxxxx channel has xximpressions xxclicks, xx$$ etc..

setup adsense > channels > add new custom channel > give it a name > hit ok..

then create the ad units/link units/etc and place them under these channels you created..

you can even make multiple channels for each site to track each ad..
blogname-adonleftmenu
blogname-adontop
etc etc .. whatever you want them to be called
